The new Shine 100 (Honda Shine 100) bike model released by Honda Motorcycle Company has been launched at a price of Rs 64,900. The rival Hero Splendor is built to challenge the HF 100, HF Deluxe and Bajaj Platina bikes.

The bike, whose pre-booking has started today, is expected to start production from April and take delivery in the first week of May. Based on the popular 125cc CB Shine bike on sale, the Shine 100 bike model is available in 5 gorgeous colors.

The Honda Shine 100 gets telescopic forks at the front and dual rear shock absorbers, five-spoke alloy wheels with combined braking system with front and rear drums.

The new engine developed for the Shine 100 bike comes with an all-new diamond frame chassis with a wheelbase of 1245mm, seat height of 786mm and ground clearance of 168mm. Available in 5 color options with black base color red, blue, green, gold and gray stripes

The Shine 100 bike is powered by a new 100 cc engine that churns out a maximum power of 7.6 bhp and a torque of 8.02 Nm. This engine is E20 and OBD2 compliant. This model can get a 4-speed manual gearbox.
