The “Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival” is one of Hong Kong’s iconic annual events. This year’s event has about 300 wine and food stalls, and the wines promoted are from 36 countries, including France’s Bordeaux, Burgundy, Italy, the United States, Australia and Spain. and other classic international top-quality wines, and also introduces popular wines, including wine from the small Eastern European country Moldova, Thailand’s “New Latitude” wine, and “Chinese wine” that is emerging on the world stage, and the world’s first wine made from tofu whey.
