Ms. A claimed she was subjected to dating violence and pressured to terminate a pregnancy during their relationship, according to reports. She publicly released a registered letter titled Notice of Intention to Take Legal Action Against Illegal Criminal Acts
on August 19, alleging verbal abuse and coercion. Hong Min-ki’s agency rejected these claims, stating that the ultrasound photo in question differs from typical photos showing pregnancy
and that they had sought medical verification of the image.
The agency denied all allegations, stating, Based on currently secured evidence, we will immediately proceed with necessary civil and criminal legal procedures to clarify the relevant facts.
Ms. A has indicated she will file a legal complaint, while Hong’s side has vowed to take “immediate” legal action.
Recurring Disturbances and Police Involvement
This is not the first time Ms. A has visited Hong Min-ki’s residence. On August 19, she reportedly pressed the doorbell and knocked on the door until 4 a.m., according to the agency. CCTV footage showed her attaching stickers to the front door’s camera before kicking the door. The agency described the behavior as “disturbance,” and residents reportedly called police, leading to the August 23 incident.
On August 23, Ms. A again caused a commotion at the residence, prompting police to respond. Fable Company stated that even after acquaintances of both parties arrived, the situation continued until they were taken to the police station for statements. The agency emphasized that A visited Hong Min-ki's residence on the 23rd, created a disturbance, and police were dispatched,
