Defense Minister René Merino Monroy highlighted the words of the Director of the National Civil Police (PNC), Commissioner General Mauricio Arriaza Chicas, prior to the celebration of the 203rd Independence Day on September 15.
“I’m going to surprise them with the presentation of the PNC on September 15, Commissioner General Mauricio Arriaza Chicas told me, upon leaving the meeting to coordinate the acts of commemoration of the country’s independence,” said Merino Monroy.
The minister reiterated Arriaza Chicas’ unwavering commitment to the security and well-being of El Salvador, assuring that he leaves an example that will endure in all members of the police force and in the hearts of Salvadorans.
“Comrade and brother, we deeply appreciate your service and sacrifice. Honor and gratitude to those who work tirelessly for our nation!” said the head of Defense.
