jpnn.com – JAKARTA – The 2024 PPPK registration is expected to be an effective mechanism to resolve the problem of non-ASN or honorary workers, whose numbers are still around 1.7 million.
Therefore, the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) appealed to all honorary employees to register for the 2024 PPPK selection.
Acting Deputy for Human Resources of State Apparatus at the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, Aba Subagja, emphasized again that there will be no appointment of honorary employees as PPPK without going through a test.
If an honorary employee does not register for the 2024 PPPK selection, it is impossible for their status to change to a Government Employee ASN with a Work Agreement.
Aba said, if you want to become a PPPK ASN, all honorary employees without exception, including priority participants, must go through a series of stages, namely technical, managerial, socio-cultural competency selection, and interviews.
“No one is automatically appointed as PPPK. Everyone without exception must take a test,” said Aba Subagja, Saturday (14/9).
Aba never tires of appealing to all honorary employees with the criteria of a minimum unbroken service period of 2 years of work, both those who are included in the BKN database and those who are left behind, to register for PPPK 2024.
“Honorary workers who have worked for at least two years must register for PPPK 2024 even though they have not been included in the BKN data collection,” he said.
According to KemenPANRB officials, the following are the criteria for honorary workers who are considered not tempted to participate in the 2024 PPPK registration.
