The performance that was recorded took place at an unknown site in Russia, and the video depicting the event was distributed on social networks and caused shock around the world, including in Russia itself. Mangoshev gave a speech while holding the skull and said: “We are alive and this guy is already dead. May he burn in hell. He was unlucky. We made a trophy out of his skull. We are not at war with flesh and blood people, we are at war with an idea.”
