Mike told CNN: I landed on my left side, so most of the injuries are there. It felt like someone hit me really hard and brutally. We were actually at an adventure park and I wanted to shoot a weapon, but my friends challenged me so I plucked up courage and bungee jumped. It was really high and I closed my eyes at the jump. I planned to open them again after the renewed jump up, but I realized that the rope had snapped when I opened my eyes and saw that I was surrounded by water. If this happened to a person who doesn’t know how to swim – he would be in tremendous trouble.”

In Thailand, the elastic cord of a bungee jump broke, throwing a tourist into a lake in the Pattaya region.
The man had jumped from a platform with a height of 30 meters, equivalent to a 10-story building.

In addition to this, Mike revealed that the park refunded him the money he paid for the jump and the entrance ticket, and also financed the costs of the medical treatment that was required of him. The director of the park confirmed the unusual accident, saying that this is the first time something of this kind has happened.
