This is a new symptomatic episode of the crisis that French health establishments are going through. Overworked due to a chronic lack of staff, almost all of the pediatric block nurses at the couple-child hospital in La Tronche (Isère) went on sick leave at the same time. Of a team of eleven, only one – inexperienced – was still on duty this week.
