Hostel room burned in Yali! The belongings of those who came from Canada were destroyed!

In a fire incident in a famous hotel in Jaffna, the belongings of Canadians staying in the hotel room were destroyed by the fire.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the fire occurred due to an electrical leak in the air conditioner installed in the hostel room where the Canadians were staying.

It is reported that when the fire broke out in the said hotel room, the fire was prevented from spreading due to the quick action of the hotel staff.

After the Jaffna Police was informed about the incident, the police started investigations.
