Housewife dies in Kochi house fire – News18 Malayalam

Kochi: The house caught fire and the housewife met a tragic end. The fire broke out in a house near Ernakulam South Atlantis Junction. Pushpavalli (57) died. The cause of the accident is unclear. Pushpavalli was severely burnt in the fire.

The accident happened on Monday afternoon. Pushpavalli was inside the house when the fire broke out. No one else was home at the time of the incident. Neighbors came to the house after hearing the sound of explosion. The door was open. Fire and police were informed. The body was completely burnt.

Thrissur: A police officer collapsed and died after returning from the Independence Day parade. Sub-Inspector E.R. Baby, who is the Liaison Officer at Thrissur Rural District Police Headquarters, died.

Baby was in charge of evaluating the preparations for the Independence Day parade at Thekinkad Maidan in the morning. After the Independence Day parade, he was feeling chest pain when he returned to the office. Colleagues rushed the baby to a nearby hospital but he died.

Condoling the death of the baby, the district police chief announced that the police family reunion scheduled to be held on Independence Day has been cancelled.
