The launch of this new system represents a major step forward, especially since it is an aid program which, for the first time, does not require citizens to provide documents and documents attesting to their eligibility, he said.
Mr. El Hosni welcomed the reforms initiated within the Al Omrane group, particularly the digitalization of several services, including the provision of online information on the group’s different products and offers, which demonstrates the the group’s commitment to improving the citizen experience and strengthening the accessibility of services.
