Leave for sale, leave for recovery or leave for “legitimate and serious reason”. If the owners can justify three biases for the recovery of a property from their tenant, they must comply with specific rules. In the event of non-compliance with the regulations, the leave becomes contestable and can in fact be cancelled. While each type of leave has its specificities, an essential rule is common to them: the leave cannot be granted during the contract, but must take place when it expires.
