/ The Ansar Allah group (Houthis) announced on Wednesday that they targeted an American commercial ship, confirming that it was directly hit.
A statement by the group, seen by Agency, stated that “the naval forces of the Yemeni armed forces carried out a qualitative military operation targeting an American commercial ship, “Cole”, which was heading to the ports of occupied Palestine, with several appropriate naval missiles that hit it directly.”
He added, “This operation comes only hours after the Yemeni Armed Forces’ naval forces targeted the American destroyer (USS Greely) with several naval missiles in the Red Sea, and the hit was direct and accurate.”
