Last December, the check for 100 euros for gasoline was approved, so that road transport companies have the right to a partial refund of the Tax on Hydrocarbons for diesel that is for professional use. Help for those who earn less than 2,000 euros net per month.
Once it has come into force, carriers will have to submit their application through the Electronic Office of the Tax Agency, through the procedures that it currently has enabled. This aid adheres to the procedure provided for the refund of the Tax on Hydrocarbons for the use of professional diesel. The use of these cards as a specific means of payment will be considered as a request for this check.
The owners of the vehicles that are entitled to a partial refund of the Hydrocarbons Tax for diesel for professional use, likewise, for the consumption of diesel used as fuel in the engines of vehicles whose ownership is registered in Spain.
It will be a punctual aid of a single payment and will have an amount of approximately 100 euros. Although the details are still under discussion.
The application must be made before June 30 and the following documents are required:
– A responsible statement expressly stating that you have been financially affected by the consequences of the war in Ukraine.
– A statement reflecting whether you have benefited from other aid that has been received in application of the European Temporary Framework Ukraine or the National Framework.
– A statement identifying the companies with which they are both linked and associated.
