What happened ?

Reuters claimed in its report that C-Edge Technologies has been attacked with ransomware. It provides IT support to small banks across the country. Another report said that due to this, the customers of these banks are facing problems in using online services like UPI, IMPS, NEFT or they are not able to do so. However, RBI has not yet confirmed any such attack.
