Lokayukta questions questions on Women’s Commission member Shahida Kamal’s educational qualifications The Lokayukta asked where are the certificates proving educational qualifications. It was also observed that honesty cannot be proved without the production of certificates. Shahida Kamal claimed to have an honorary doctorate from the University of Kazakhstan. The Lokayukta also asked how the university came to know about Shahida Kamal. The case is set to be heard on December 9. He also directed to produce all the certificates on that day.
