At the luxury brand Bottega Veneta, the training is now very hands-on. In the newly founded Accademia Labor et Ingenium in Dueville, northern Italy, 50 students will be trained each year. In workshops and master classes, they will be introduced to the craftsmanship of the Kering brand, which is primarily known for its luxurious leather products.
The school is located very close to the Bottega Veneta production facilities in Povolaro. There the students will be trained by employed master craftsmen. After successful training, employment in the company is guaranteed.
