We will talk about the main injuries that affect our elbow, wrist and hand joints, which are mostly affected by using the mouse and keyboard in our daily lives. We will teach different exercises and self-massage techniques to prevent and treat them from home. In addition, we will explain the concept of ergonomics, its importance in preventing injuries and its impact on work, health and job satisfaction. We will recommend exercises that can easily be done at work to prevent and treat the muscle tension that is most often seen as a result of work practice.
