According to business insider, even if you don’t have a problem with TikTok, you can clear the cache to free up space on your phone, either way, you can do it on your iPhone or Android easily with a few taps.
Most of the apps don’t give you direct access to their data cache, so you need to delete the cache in Settings (if you have an Android phone) or by deleting and reinstalling the app completely on your iPhone.
Also, on the other hand, TikTok includes the option to clear the cache within the app itself, after clearing the cache, try to start the app again and see if that solves your problem.
