Investing in employee shares is often worthwhile, with a view to the development of pensions, they can be a good building block for wealth accumulation. This is another reason why politicians have an interest in finally advancing the issue. Federal Finance Minister Christian Lindner and Justice Minister Marco Buschmann recently presented a draft law with which they want to promote employee participation. The aim is that by the end of the year it will also become law. The goal: to make more employees co-owners of their company, and to do it as easily as possible.
