The data is very positive although, it is true that, despite everything, according to the National Survey of Household Income and Expenses 2022, carried out by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI), they indicate that between 2018 and 2022 there was an increase in the number of people suffering shortages in health servicesgoing from 16.2 to 39.1% of the population, which is equivalent to 50.4 million people without access to health institutions.

By 2024, the resources directed to the federal Ministry of Health program will have a 41.2% cut (34,264 million) compared to 2023.
