The Ukrainian counter-offensive would be gaining 100 meters of ground a day. This was stated by the Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, in a hearing before the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Defense Subcommittee of the European Parliament. Stoltenberg also closed the story of the Russian drone crash in Romania, judged “an unintentional event”. The Ukrainian armed forces have raised the yellow and blue flag in two settlements in the Kharkiv region, on the border with Russia. Meanwhile, Moscow is reportedly moving its forces to the eastern front from other areas of Ukraine, given the successes of Kiev’s counteroffensive.
