In January-June 2024, 2 billion 56 million 358 thousand manats were spent on construction and installation works in the liberated regions of Azerbaijan.
As reported by Day.Az, according to Trend calculations based on the report of the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, the volume of this indicator is 22.8 percent or 381 million 790 thousand manats more than in the same period last year. Thus, in January-June 2023, 1 billion 674 million 568 thousand manats were allocated for construction and installation works in the liberated areas.
It should be noted that during this period, compared to the corresponding period of 2023, spending on construction and installation works increased by 649 times in Khojaly, by 2.6 times in Gubadly, by 2.3 times in Aghdam, and by 52 percent in Shusha.
Let us recall that during the reporting period, the largest amount of funds was sent to Kalbajar (438.5 million manats), Aghdam (308.5 million manats) and Lachin (242.4 million manats).
