The Federal Government launched a new feature to consult information related to Bolsa Família, which is an electronic chat. This tool was introduced to simplify access to information about the social program. All you need to do is access the portal and select the options corresponding to your benefit.
It is essential to highlight that payment data for September is not yet available, as the payroll has not yet been finalized. Until September 10th, the Federal Government will announce which families will have the benefit blocked, canceled or maintained, in addition to the corresponding amounts. From that moment on, you will be able to consult this information on the new portal.
How to make use of the new query tool?
To view payment information for the income transfer program on the new portal, follow these steps:
Access the Ministry of Social Development website at the following address: Link to website. In the top left corner of the screen, click on the menu icon, represented by three blue lines. Select the options “Service Channels” and then “Contact Us”. This will allow access to the desired information. Then click on the “Chat” option. When choosing this option, a new window will open. In this window, you will find three fields that require filling: beneficiary’s full name, email address and telephone number. It is recommended to use the telephone number associated with the Single Registry (CadÚnico), if possible. After filling in the fields, click “Start”. You will then be directed to choose specific options related to the Bolsa Família consultation, allowing you to obtain the desired information appropriately.
It is important to note that service through this new portal occurs exclusively from Monday to Friday, from 7am to 7pm. Furthermore, there are additional alternatives for accessing payment information, including the Caixa Tem app, the official app for the Bolsa Família social program and telephone channel 121, which operates at the same times, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 7pm .
