Relationship coach Coleen Nolan has given advice to a woman going through a marriage crisis following the coronavirus lockdown. As Day.Az reports with reference to Lenta.ru, Nolan’s response was published by the Mirror.

The reader said that she is over 40 years old, she is married, and two children born in marriage go to primary school. However, after the quarantine, which she experienced in the same apartment with her husband, the marriage that completely suited her became different. The woman is faced with what seems to her to be an insoluble problem. “Everything is not bad, just not bad: sex, communication, but nothing is great. I don’t want to meet him after work, I spend more and more time in a separate room, and conversations revolve only around children and money,” she admitted. Now, exhausted by frequent quarrels, the woman does not know whether to try to “reanimate” the marriage or file for divorce.

In response, Nolan noted that there is no need to rush to break up until you are one hundred percent sure that this is the only way out. “I don’t think you need to force yourself to make this fateful decision. Certainly not when these thoughts first appeared. I recommend contacting a family or personal therapist to see the problem in perspective,” the coach advised, emphasizing that if the marriage was completely satisfactory a couple before the coronavirus, there is a chance to get it back on track.
