In order to access these concerts, it is essential to obtain a prior reservation, and it is not necessary to have a festival ticket or pay any type of deposit.
The essential requirement is to be registered in AccessTicket to qualify for reservations and access the event. Reservations can be made from May 18, with a maximum of two tickets per person.
AccessTicket is an app to be installed on the mobile developed by Primavera Sound to manage its ticket service. It is used not only for free tickets to these concerts but also for all events organized by Primavera Sound.
Access is allowed for all ages. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a father, mother or legal guardian, who must also have a reservation.

The Pet Shop Boys tour in Spain also includes other performances organized in venues by the same festival. In Barcelona, as part of the Primavera a la ciutat program, the duo of Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe perform on June 4 at the Apolo room and on June 6 at the Teatro Eslava (formerly Joy Eslava), as part of the Primavera program in the city.
For this concert it is necessary to make a deposit of 10 euros per reservation. Upon accessing the room, the 10 euros are transformed into credit to make drinks at the festival (Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona and Ciudad del Rock in Arganda, Madrid), only at the points marked with the AccessTicket logo. If this credit is not used in the festival bars, it will be returned automatically later.
In the case of making this reservation and not finally attending the concert in the hall, the deposit cannot be recovered, and the funds will be transferred to the Fundació Primavera Sound. Unlike the concert at the Metropolitano stadium, access to the concerts at the Primavera in the City venue is not allowed for minors under 18 years of age.

These Pet Shop Boys performances precede the publication of Smash. Ths Singles 1985-2020, a compilation of all the singles released by the electronic pop duo in their history, on sale June 16.

Also at zero euros, Primavera Sound Madrid offers morning concerts at the Príncipe Pío Auditorium by Emeralds and Boris on June 8, by Julia Holter and Swans on the 9th and by Núria Graham, Laurie Anderson and John Cale (former Velvet Underground ) on the 10th, at 11 in the morning.
