I advise to rather play on the quantities and the frequencies”, insists the dietician.

The specialist recommends, for example, eating more at the start of the day than at the end of the day. On the other hand, she strongly advises against the techniques of fasting days or mono-diet (consumption of a single product): “It is the best way to regain weight very quickly! »

Regarding food, it is necessary to favor (thoroughly) vegetables, while paying attention to seasoning and cooking methods. In particular, we can try to reduce ourselves to one tablespoon of oil per meal. “Especially if you don’t exercise, you can avoid starchy foods in the evening, and limit protein. People tend to take a lot thinking that proteins make you lose weight, but they only do so if you spend them doing sports, ”decrypts Adélaïde d’Aboville.

And what about the little extras to have fun? “These are empty calories like sweets and cookies, which have no nutritional value but should not be demonized,” replies the nutritionist.
