If consultations for psychological suffering related to burn-out occupied most of the activity of the occupational psychologist in the Bordeaux region in 2020 and 2021, since last year these have been situations of harassment, moral or sex, which have become predominant, explains Sylvaine Alibert. According to the Ipsos and Qualisocial barometer carried out in September 2022 among 2,000 employees, 62% of them consider that these situations are more widespread than ten years ago. One in three employees claims to have been a victim and four out of ten have witnessed it.
