Open the Caixa Tem application on your cell phone
Access the application on your Android or iPhone (iOS) cell phone and tap the “Entrar o CAIXA Tem” button to be directed to the login screen.
Enter your CPF
On the login screen, enter your CPF and tap “Next” to continue;
Choose a validation method
On the next screen, the Caixa Tem application will ask you to select a method to send the validation code: email or cell phone. Choose one of the two options. If you do not have access or are unaware of the alternatives offered, tap on “I do not recognize or have access to this contact” and follow the platform’s instructions.
Enter the validation code
When you receive the validation code via SMS or email, enter it in the app and tap “Verify Code”. If the credential was not sent to you, click on the button “I did not receive the validation code”.

Tap “Recover Password” to start the process to restore the application access credential.
Enter your CPF
Enter your CPF again to start the password recovery process. Then check the box “I am not a robot” and press “Continue” to proceed.
Choose a method to recover the password
Select an alternative to reset your password: email or mobile. In this example, we will use the smartphone verification method. Then, check the box “I am not a robot” and press “Continue” to proceed.
If you do not recognize the informed alternatives, tap on “I do not recognize this data”.
On the next screen, tap on “Send Code” to proceed Enter the code received
Caixa Tem will send a six-digit code via SMS or email. Enter it into the app and tap “Verify Code” to proceed. If you have not received it, click on “Resend code”.
Create a new password
Now all you have to do is enter a new password. Remember that it needs to be numerical, have six digits and cannot be the same as the CPF, date of birth, have sequence repetitions or sequences with more than two digits. Then tap on “Continue”.
Now just wait for the password change confirmation. To confirm that the redemption was successful, login to the application with the new credential. In some cases, Caixa Tem will inform you that the release will only occur a few minutes after the order is placed.
