Money, of all things, is apparently not a good neighbor for chard. This is what experienced gardeners say. In some ways, namely the taste, both are similar – especially the chard, with its large leaves and colors, crunchy sticks, very strong and earthier and often reminiscent of beetroot. The leafy vegetable, which has been almost forgotten for a long time but has become very popular in recent years, is actually related to it – but not to the good fruit, which does not belong to the beet family like chard, but to the family goosefoot. In any case, there is no harmony between the two in the garden and in the field – despite the similarity in taste and uses of similar food.
