Racing Club will visit Lanús today, for date 13 of Zone B of the Professional Football League (LPF) Cup. The meeting will have as attractions the need for both to score points to access next year’s Copa Sudamericana and also the farewell of the scorer and “maroon” idol José Sand at 43 years old.
The match will be played at the Lanús stadium starting at 8:00 p.m., will be refereed by Fernando Rapallini and televised by TNT Sports.

It will be an emotional night, with Racing trying to qualify for the playoffs of the League Cup and with both needing points to enter the 2024 Sudamericana, since in the accumulated annual table Lanús is ninth with 56 units and the “Academy” has 54.
Racing is coming off a draw at home against Central Córdoba.
