Provide details about the position this person is working for
Do you recommend this person for their work in a position? Or are you writing about her work in the multiple jobs she held while you worked with her?
We recommend focusing on the notable parts of their work. It may seem strange, like you’re listing his job description, but it will help anyone reading the recommendation get an idea of what this person did at his job.

End with a note about the personal aspect of working with her
Send a message mentioning how you felt working with this person, your hopes for their career, or a prediction about their future.
