An efficiency step on the part of the printing giant HP in Israel: the American corporation subordinates the Scitex printing unit in Netanya (Scitex), based on the Scitex company – one of the founding fathers of Israeli high-tech – to the Indigo division located in Nes Ziona and Kiryat Gat. As part of the process, 150 people were fired in the last few days, most of them development, administration and finance personnel. Earlier, the unit was subordinated to the corporation’s industrial products activity (HP Industrial).
