HP has unveiled the new Omen gaming notebooks, the Omen 16 and Omen 17. Sales will begin in June. The cost of laptops will be from $ 1,000 and $ 1,300, respectively.
The Omen 16 is the first device with a 16-inch display in the company’s line of gaming laptops. The model has a 16.1-inch IPS-display with Full HD resolution (1920×1080 pixels) and three configuration options: two with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor, a GeForce RTX 3050 Ti video card, 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB or 1 TB hard drive , as well as an Intel Core i7-11800H processor, a GeForce RTX 3060 video card, 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB hard drive. A GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card is available as an option.
The 17.3-inch Omen 17 received a 2.5K display (2560×1440 pixels), an Intel Core i9-11900H processor, a GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card, 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB hard drive with the ability to install a second disk.
All new HP laptops feature multicolored backlit keyboards and Bang & Olufsen speakers, a range of ports including USB Type-A, HDMI, USB Type-C, mini-DisplayPort and LAN, and 3.5mm audio output. The devices support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless connections.
