According to him, the Hong Kong bank HSBC refused the company to make payment under a contract with a foreign partner, referring specifically to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine, published in the Dow Jones database (the largest aggregator of data on the imposed sanctions. – Vedomosti). ).
