Huelva.- The number of mortgages signed in Huelva during November decreased by 13.93% in the interannual rate

The number of mortgages signed in Huelva during November has experienced a minimum monthly decrease compared to October,
but it has decreased by 13.93 percent in relation to the same month of 2021, according to data released by the National Institute of Statistics (INE).

According to INE data consulted by Europa Press, in the province during the eleventh month of 2022, 655 mortgages were signed, compared to 761 in the same month of 2021. This represents a decrease of 13.93 percent.

Likewise, the data for November remain very similar to those for October, since it only fell by one, since 656 mortgage loans were signed in the previous month.

In addition, the total number of mortgages constituted in Huelva represents 6.28 percent of those carried out in all of Andalusia, which rises to 10,419, according to INE data.

However, during this eleventh month of the year the average value of mortgages reached 58,194 euros, which represents a decrease of 16.27 percent compared to October, since the average price of the credit was 69,508 euros. While the average price in November 2021 was 63,751 euros, that is, that a year later there has been a decrease of 8.72 percent on the value of the mortgage.

On the other hand, of the total for November, the vast majority, exactly 639, were mortgages on urban properties. In addition, 533 were made for homes with a value of 47,950 euros.

In this sense, at the national level, the mortgages signed were 39,304, 9.3% more in annual rate. The average amount of these mortgages increased by 5.8% and stood at 147,673 euros.

On the other hand, the number of mortgages canceled this month in Huelva rises to 633, which represents a decrease compared to October (533) and November 2021 (608).
