McDonald’s fast food company with hundreds of restaurants may soon be operating in Russia under a different name.
McDonald’s has applied for a patent in Russia by submitting a list of names including Just Like that, The Same One, Fun and Tasty.
McDonald’s operates about 850 restaurants in Russia. McDonald’s said it would sell the restaurants to Alexander Gover, a Russian licensee.
Gower was given the opportunity to run those restaurants under a different name.
McDonald’s announced his withdrawal from Russia following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February this year.
The company, which first opened its restaurant in Moscow in 1990, announced such a decision almost 32 years later.
So the company also suffered a loss of about $ 127 million in the last quarter.
