jpnn.com – LOMBOK – Hundreds of echelon III and IV officials in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) were transferred.
According to Central Lombok Regent Lalu Pathul Bahri, the mutation was carried out in accordance with recommendations and permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).
“Permission has been issued from the Ministry of Home Affairs, so the transfer was carried out today,” said Pathul Bahri in accordance with the appointment of administrators and supervisory officials within the Central Lombok Regency Government at the local regent’s office, Friday (3/5).
He said the transfer of 192 officials this time went through quite a long stage.
The previous mutation violated the provisions of Article 71 of Law Number 10/2016 concerning Amendments to Law 1/2015 concerning the Determination of Substitute Government Regulation (Perpu) Number 1/2014 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors into Law.
However, through a letter dated April 26 2024, the Minister of Home Affairs agreed to all the proposals submitted in accordance with what had been done some time ago.
“Until all the officials who were appointed on March 22, 2024 were canceled on April 2. On this occasion, we can appoint them again,” he said.
He said the transfer aims to maintain the development rhythm of Central Lombok by placing employees according to the competency and needs of the agency.
Hundreds of regional officials were transferred after receiving permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
