Hunter, Joe Biden’s sonPresident of USAwas charged shortly before midnight this Thursday for nine counts of tax fraud. This is the second time this year that he has been brought to justice by a special prosecutor investigating his personal and business dealings.
As explained by fiscal David Weisswhich filed a 56-page indictment in California district court, Hunter Biden “committed to a four-year plan to failing to pay at least $1.4 million in federal taxes that it owed for the fiscal years from 2016 to 2019″.
He was therefore charged with nine counts of failure to declare and pay taxes, evasion and making false tax return declarations.
This situation occurs in a Key moment in Joe Biden’s campaign for re-election in 2024 and with Republicans accusing him of benefiting from his son’s business abroad.

Meanwhile, Republicans opened an impeachment inquiry in Congress to test a alleged criminal conspiracy of the Biden familybut they have not provided evidence that commits the president to a crime.
Hunter is a Yale-trained lawyer and lobbyist turned artist. However, his life has been marred by alcoholism and his addiction to crack.
