jpnn.comMALANG – The grindcore band from Malang, Hurricane Out has finally released their latest mini album, aka EP, entitled Under Substance.
Carrying grindcore black metal powerviolence, the group which was formed in 2019 consists of Oji (vocals), Iqbal (guitar), Ago (guitar), Reno (bass) and Dicky (drums).
Hurricane Out’s music is influenced by bands such as Magrudergrind, Nails, Wormrot and Gatecreeper which is then combined with a dark, fast and violent character.
The end of 2024 will be an important moment for Hurricane Out to introduce its first EP/mini album entitled Under Substance.
Through the EP Under Substance, Hurricane Out also wants to prove that the marriage between 90’s black metal and industrial grindcore nuances will slowly become a new tradition.
“A new hybrid whose presence brings a breath of fresh air. “Hurricane Out wants to create a new tradition that concise, dark and fast dissonant riffs are very suitable to coexist with black metal and industrial elements,” said Hurricane Out personnel in a statement received by JPNN.com, Monday (30/12).
The mini album Under Substance presents 5 tracks from Hurricane Out which provide a new offer in today’s black metal music scene.
