Hwasun-gun announced that this is the first time that a ‘Resident Day’ event is being held in a county-level region. Starting at 2:30 p.m., pre-ceremony boom-up performances will be held, including the first part of the Gongjeong Ceremony National Song Festival and an invited performance by a wandering market troupe. ‘Gongjeongsik National Song Festival’ is a song festival conducted by composer Gongjeongsik from Dong-myeon, Hwasun for the entire nation. Composer Jeong Jeong-sik’s representative works include singer Kim Yong-im’s ‘Life Like a Bucho’ and Jin Hae-seong’s ‘Half Love and Half Tears’.
