In Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Gu Bok-gyu), there are the Hancheon Natural Recreation Forest and Baek-asan Natural Recreation Forest operated by the county, and the Mudeungsan Cypress Natural Recreation Forest operated by a private individual.

‘Mudeungsan Cypress Natural Recreation Forest’ is impressive with its walking paths between 40-year-old cypress and fir trees that secrete a lot of phytoncides that are beneficial to the human body.
