Hyeri, who is challenging the summer theater district with the movie ‘Victory’, decorated a pictorial and interview with the lifestyle fashion magazine Esquire.
Hyeri showed off her sexy yet chic charm in the pictorial released by Esquire on the 22nd. ‘Victory’ is a hilarious comedy film about girls from Geoje City who want to become dancers and form a cheerleading team. Hyeri plays the main character Pil-seon.
Ahead of the movie’s release, Hye-ri has promoted “Victory” on various channels such as “Salty Brother Shin Dong-yup,” “Dex’s Cold Interview,” and “Neighborhood Star K.” She expressed her confidence in the movie, saying, “I’m really working hard to promote the movie. If word of mouth goes well, it’s a movie that will really receive a lot of love.”
Hyeri recently launched a talk show-style ‘Hyeop’s Club’ on her YouTube channel, Hyeri, and invited stars such as Park Se-wan, Joo Woo-jae, Jung Ho-yeon, Karina, and Jisoo, revealing herself as the ‘entertainment network queen.’ Regarding this, Hyeri said, “My network is really over now, it ended a long time ago,” and “I’m just so grateful that my acquaintances willingly came out.”
He also said, “My only hobby lately has been watching the Olympic games during the Olympic season. I would watch the games live in the evening and spend the day searching for all the games I missed the day before on YouTube.” He added, “I would like to invite athletes from many sports to ‘혤’s club’, such as Oh Sang-wook and Shin Yu-bin.”
Hye-ri continued, “The biggest words of encouragement I’ve received in my life were when PD Shin Won-ho said, ‘Hye-ri was raised really well by her parents. It’s obvious that she grew up receiving love. ‘ That was the encouragement that allowed me to work firmly and fearlessly in the entertainment industry.” Hye-ri also said, “There’s a line in our movie that says, ‘I’m rooting for you, me, and you,’ and I think that if I love and root for myself first, then I’ll be able to look after other people.”
Meanwhile, the September 2024 issue of ‘Esquire’ can be purchased at bookstores and can also be found on the Esquire Korea website.
