jpnn.com – JAKARTA – Two goals from Kylian Mbappe led Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to beat Real Sociedad with a score of 2-1 in the second leg of the Champions League last 16 at the Reale Arena Stadium, San Sebastian, Wednesday morning WIB.
His two goals have currently taken him to become UCL’s current top scorer with six goals alongside Bayern Munich bomber Harry Kane. These two goals also increased his tally in the UCL to 46 goals in 69 matches.
Mbappe said he just wanted to do his best when appearing in the Champions League (UCL) after scoring two winning goals for his club.
“I always want to play and do my best in the Champions League, I just try my best,” said Mbappe as reported by Fabrizio Romano’s official social media, Wednesday.
On the same occasion, Mbappe also commented on his coach Luis Enrique’s decision to never play fully after the news of his announcement that he would leave PSG at the end of the season.
Since that news, he was introduced in the 62nd minute by Enrique against Nantes, only played 65 minutes against Rennes, and only played 45 minutes against AS Monaco.
“Luis Enrique? Everything is fine with him. Good relationship, no problems. “People can think differently about it, but really, it’s all very good,” he said.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, Enrique said his decision was to train Les Parisiens to get used to playing without the French star.
