“I state it explicitly: I am not him. There is a methodical repetition on her part of the matter”
He has been annoyed by this whole story with the rumors of her abuse Anna Maria Vellis and Aris Makris expressed it openly today, as he was a guest on Katerina Kainourgiou’s show on Alpha.
“We have been separated for about four years, since then we have not been in contact. When this matter began to develop, my name began to be associated with that of the abuser. I never got into the process of talking to her and dealing with this particular rumor,” he initially said Aris Makris.
“We had arguments and tensions like all couples but never to the extent of abusive behavior,” admits the young singer on Alpha’s morning show.
“This whole story started very abstractly and step by step I was targeted by the world more and more by her repeated statements. That’s why I was forced to take a stand…and I didn’t want to at all.
But a black cloud has been created around my name which has caused me problems in my relationship and in my family and in my work. My girlfriend has fallen from the clouds, just like my family who know what kind of child they have raised”, points out Aris Makris about Anna Maria Vellis and her accusation of abuse.
“I challenge Anna Maria Vellis to state the name of the abuser. I state it explicitly: I am not him. There is a methodical repetition on her part of the matter. She had told me about abuse in her previous relationship but not in such detail.
If he comes out and apologizes to me or says it’s not me, I’ll be quiet and it’ll be over. If he says it’s me, I’m ready to defend myself. Whoever is guilty must be punished”, underlined Aris Makris after the interview.
