“And today, we are probably talking about whether the villa was purchased at one or another moment in time – let’s leave it to political scientists, let’s leave it to the opposition. I am convinced that a politician should not act like this. And if he purchased one or another real estate, then he should not talk about it half-heartedly, but simply declare everything at once.
And, probably, there would have been a much smaller scandal if it had been done in time. But it was not done,” said the head of the country.
At the time, the Conservative leader emphasized that the declaration for the family’s property in Greece was submitted a few days after the “final documents were signed”.
“Faster is simply not possible. So, that declaration immediately becomes public,” said the minister.
