The mayor first asks the minister, “Tell me when to bring them home.” ‘Let me say what I have to say first,’ Scindia replies. Then the mayor says, ‘I gave them food and shelter, not you.’ Scindia says she understands what the mayor is saying and thanks them.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian-Russian delegation began a second round of peace talks. The second round of talks is being held on the Belarus-Poland border.
The Russia-Ukraine peace talks in Belarus two days ago did not work. David Arakhamiya, a member of the Ukrainian team, said in a Facebook post that he would like to first discuss the establishment of a humanitarian corridor for civilians to escape from the battlefield. After this, Ukraine will move on to issues including ceasefire and withdrawal.
Ukraine has demanded an immediate ceasefire and a complete withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine. The first round of talks ended in failure when the Russian delegation refused to accept the offer.
At the same time, the property of Russian and Russian citizens in Ukraine will be confiscated. The law authorizing the confiscation of property was approved by the Ukrainian parliament.
