‘I had told Sushant not to end his life’; Smriti Irani with red eyes

BoIt has been three years since Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput left this world. Sushant Singh’s suicide is still in the minds of his fans as if it happened yesterday. Sushant’s closest friends and relatives are still reeling from the shock. They are unable to accept Sushant’s death.

Former star and Union Minister Smriti Irani is now sharing her memories with Sushant. Smriti Irani says that when she heard the news of Sushant’s suicide, she was in a video conference and was unable to continue. Smriti was talking to host Nilesh Mishra on the show The Slow Conversation.

‘I had already told him not to end his life. I was on video conference the day he died. I couldn’t go on. I asked to stop.

After that he called his friend Amit Sadh and inquired about Sushant. It was to make sure Sushant didn’t do anything stupid. Amit was also in shock at the time of the call. Amit was shocked and unable to comprehend Sushant’s death. Amit told me that Sushant had said that he did not want to live.’ Smriti says with red eyes in the interview.

Sushant and Smriti worked together in Mumbai when they were television stars. The duo also participated in the Goa International Film Festival in 2017.
