A man from Singapore has filed a lawsuit in court seeking damages of 24 crore rupees after his long-time friend refused to accept his love and caused emotional distress.
Kawshigan and Nora Tan met for the first time in 2016. Kawshikan has expressed his love to Nora by the year 2020 when Kawshikan fell in love with Nora when they were friends.
Norao sees this relationship only as friendship. But Kavshikan too is unable to get over his love for Nora. In this situation, the problem started between the two in September 2020.
Even then, Nora Kawshigano only sees Kawshigan as a friend, and Kawshigano acts as if Nora is everything to him. However, first Kawshigan has decided to take legal action against Nora for refusing to accept his love and emotionally torturing her.
Kawshikan dropped the legal action as both of them decided to consult a doctor. At that time, Kawshigan said that either he has to comply with my wishes or face irreparable damage in his professional and personal life.
For one and a half years after this, Nora and Kavshigan have been following medical advice. But there was no change in Kawshigan. Because of this, Nora has started to push away from him.
Kawshigan has filed two cases against Nora to further trouble Kawshigan for this act of Nora. Accordingly, Kavshikan has asked for compensation of 3 million dollars (Rs 24 crores) for causing stress and trauma to him and ruining my career.
The court has informed that the pre-trial hearing on this case will be held on February 9.
