David Labaye, Member of the Gabonese National Assembly, in an official statement, dated July 10, 2023, reaffirmed his membership of the Heritage and Modernity Rally (RHM).
“I, the undersigned, David Labaye, Member of the National Assembly of the 13th legislature, declare that I remain a member of the Heritage and Modernity Rally (RHM); the party under which I was elected Member of the National Assembly.
The political and legal-administrative imbroglio born of the desire to change the Rassemblement Héritage et Modernité (RHM) into the Rassemblement pour la Patrie et la Modernité (RPM), having sown doubt and confusion, I reaffirm my membership of the Rassemblement Héritage and Modernity (RHM), because I hold a mandate as a Member of the National Assembly”
